Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://randyselectricservices.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Randy's Electric Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Randy's Electric Services markets and arranges Electrician Services, Electrical Repairs, Generator Installation, Home Wiring, Breaker Panel Replacement, Lighting Fixture Installation, Electric Car Charger Installation, Ceiling Fan Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Randy's Electric Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

No Warranties. Randy's Electric Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Randy's Electric Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Randy's Electric Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under OH law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in OH for any related dispute.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
